 Terms and Conditions

1. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this promotion;
2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
3. Participants earn entry tickets by spending R50 or more at Explorers Restaurant at Emnotweni Casino. 
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
5. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and ticket qualifying criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
6. The entry bins will open on 8 December. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Entry bins will close 10 minutes prior to each advertised draw time.
7. Valid entries will be valid for the full promotional period (8 Dec to 1 April 2012)
8. Prize winners will be notified telephonically.  In the case of a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but whom we are not able to reach due to incorrect contact numbers, a redraw will be held.
9. Weekly draws will be held on every Sunday, except for last Sunday of the month, at 2pm.  One prize awarded per week. R200 (two hundred Rand) voucher to Explorers restaurant and bottle of sparkling wine
10. Monthly draws – every last Sunday of the month, a draw will be held at 2pm. One prize awarded.  R500 (Five hundred Rand) cash, R200 (two hundred Rand) voucher to Explorers restaurant and a bottle of sparkling wine.
11. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
12. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
13. There is no limit on individual entries which can be entered per person per week/draw
14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
