Emnotweni Casino has a consolation for rugby fans who aren’t able to get to New Zealand to see the tournament live. Select matches will be screened on big screens at the casino’s main gaming floor and a few lucky people who come down for the screenings at the casino could see themselves going home with some cash in their back pockets.
According to the casino’s general manager, Ig Olivier, Emnotweni Casino will be giving away R2,000 in cash in a lucky draw after every screening. All Club Festival members can collect one free ticket at any of the conveniently situated e-hosts, to any of the draws which takes place on the advertised screening days. Non-card holders also receive a free ticket to one of the Rugby World Cup Magic draws upon registration at any of the screenings.
“To be in line to win, you have to watch one of the matches screened at Emnotweni Casino, claim your ticket and then stick around for the lucky draw,” says Olivier.
50 Club Festival members will be treated to a free Castle Draught during rugby screenings. To claim a free draught, Club members must visit the e-Host on advertised screening days to print a voucher. Only 50 vouchers will be issued on a “first come, first served” basis. Vouchers can be redeemed for an ice-cold draught at the Castle stand next to the screening area. Limited light snacks will also be served to spectators.

11 September at 10:30 – South Africa vs Wales
14 September at 14:30 – Namibia vs Samoa
17 September at 08:00 – South Africa vs Fiji
17 September at 10:30 – Australia vs Ireland
22 September at 10:00 – South Africa vs Namibia
24 September at 10:30 – New Zealand vs France
25 September at 10:30 – Argentina vs Scotland
30 September at 10:30 – South Africa vs Samoa
1 October at 10:30 – England vs Scotland
Places are limited and fans are advised to arrive early to get a prime spot. Playing Club Festival members will be given preference.
