Caiphus Nkosi, a 31 year old Nelspruit resident, walked away with a staggering R40 000 in cash when he won the Emnotweni Casino blackjack tournament which ended recently.

The winner, is a regular visitor at Emnotweni Casino, but has never tried his hand at blackjack. He made use of the casino’s free training sessions they hosted during the promotion period and literally signed up for the tournament a few minutes before the qualifying round began.

The second and third runners up each won R15 000 and R5 000 respectively. The tournament was hosted by Emnotweni Casino during the month of August and ended with both the semi-finals and finals on the same day, 28 August.
