1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to qualifying Emnotweni J and 10-tiers Tsogo Rewards members who have earned a minimum of 100 points on their Tsogo Rewards card at Emnotweni within the last 3 months.
3. The “Participants”, and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Draws will be done on 22 and 27 Mar 2025:
4.1 On 22 March 2025,
4.1.1 J and 10-tiers members who have earned a minimum of 100 points on their Rewards card at Emnotweni within the last 3 months.
4.1.2 Entry tickets available from 16h00 from the ehost.
4.1.3 Once printed, the guest chooses whether he/she enters it into the draw bin, or go to the promo area to choose play ‘lucky dip’.
4.1.4 If guest chooses to enter for the lucky draw:
• 3 winners will be selected at 20h00
• 3 x prizes of R1000 each.
4.1.5 If guest chooses to play Lucky Dip
4.1.5.1 Sessions:
4.1.5.1.1 16h00 to 18h00 and again from
4.1.5.1.2 19h30 to 20h00 (after Super 9 on Sat); and the last session from
4.1.5.1.3 20h30 to 21h30
4.1.5.2 Guest hands in 1 x ticket to the host and choose a mystery prize from the closed bag without looking.
4.1.5.3 There should be 61 mystery prizes containing multi-coloured stickers, each representing a different prize values… 1 of the prizes is a GOLDEN main prize of R2500 cash.
6. Once tickets have been entered (at either draw or lucky dip), participants need to be present for the draws or Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person.
7. Draw entry tickets cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
8. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw from the casino stage, and winners will be called via the public address system at the casino. Draw times and dates; and methods to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
9. Participants may only win one prize per draw date. If a winner is drawn more than once, a redraw will be held.
10. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The LUCKY DRAW entry bin will open at 16h00, and close at 20h00 before the draw takes place. Lucky Dip sessions will be as per session times advertised.
11. A register will be available at Customer Service on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
12. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
13. Prize winners and/or finalists of the LUCKY DRAW who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Emnotweni Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. Emnotweni may opt to use GMS (gaming system) as a method to verify winners once drawn.
14. Should finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the finalists declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another finalist will take place;
15. In instances where more than one eligible finalist is not present, due to declining the invitation to be present, random persons from the audience will be selected to act on behalf of these eligible finalists.
16. In instances where only one eligible finalist is not present, the last draw mechanism, podium, box or similar device will be issued to this finalist by default of the other finalists choosing their draw mechanisms, podiums, boxes or similar devices;
17. Participants to the LUCKY DIP activity must be in possession of the entry ticket and Emnotweni Rewards card belonging to the owner of the ticket; and positive and acceptable form of identification. Emnotweni may opt to use GMS (gaming system) as a method to verify that the holder of the ticket is the rightful owner.
18. Any person who acts on behalf of an eligible finalist shall not be entitled to prizes and/or benefits awarded to the finalist or prize winner he or she acts on behalf of;
19. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and/benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners.
20. Should prize winners not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winners declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place;
21. Should a prize winner and or finalist who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
22. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
23. The prize winner and or finalist must claim the prize at the casino Customer Service Desk within 15 days of the draw.
24. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
25. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
26. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;

Rewards Ts and Cs.
1. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
2. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
3. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and cannot be transferred to other players.
4. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.
5. +Play expires after 365 days.
6. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
7. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
8. Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.
