ACTIVATION RULES:
1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. The promotion will take place on
a. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 19h00 and
b. Sundays at 15h00.
5. Buy-in entries closing an hour before Cash Desk, 14h00 for the 15h00 session, and 18h00 for the 19h00 sessions.
6. Entry into the promotion is by way purchasing a game card at R20 cash buy-in at Cash Desk, on the day of the promotion between 11h00 – 13h59:59 (On Sunday) and 15h00 – 17h59:59 (On Wed, Fri and Sat).
7. Super9 game cards may only be used on the date, and for the session, it was issued. Game card used on any other date/session will be disqualified.
8. The verification section on the ticket must be completed accurately and in full.
9. Participants are required to clearly write 9 numbers between 0 to 36 on their Super9 entry card.
10. No refunds.
11. If any difference in number selection exists between the two entry tickets (original and duplicate), a duplication of the same number on a single ticket is discovered or if it is discovered that more than 9 numbers have been selected, the participant’s claim to a prize will be regarded as invalid, and he/she will be disqualified from that day’s promotion. The promotion will then continue as normal.
12. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their selected numbers are clearly written on their Super9 card using only a pen and that numbers are clearly visible on the duplicate copy.
13. Once the participant has selected their 9 unique numbers, the Super9 card counterfoil must be inserted into the entry bin between 09h00 – 14h59 for the Sunday 15h00 session; and between 15h00 to 18h59 for the 19h00 on Wed, Fri and Sat sessions.
14. Uniquely numbered balls will be randomly drawn from the stage. Balls will be numbered from 0-36. As the numbers are drawn, it will be displayed on Promotional Screens across the casino complex.
15.The first person/s to have all 9 of their numbers called and shout “SUPER9” within the first 18 numbers selected, will be declared the winner/s of the full progressive value and 75% of the value of buy-ins on the day. 18. If more than one participant wins a Super9 simultaneously, the prize money will be shared equally amongst the winners.
16. If no winner by 18 selected numbers, the promotions team will stop for a short break (up to +/- 2 minutes) – to give players a chance to consolidate.
17. If no session winner after 18 spins; the promotions team will continue to draw balls until a winner is found. This winner will receive 25% from the value of buy-ins at the session with 75% of the value being added to the Progressive for the next session.
18. After 18 spins; the promotions team will continue to draw balls until a consolation prize winner is found. This winner will receive 25% from the value of daily buy-ins at the session. If more than one participant wins simultaneously, the prize money will be shared equally amongst the winners.
19. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their entry ticket and shout “Super9”if all nine numbers on their ticket has been spun.
20. Intentionally or unintentionally delaying the announcement until a further numbered ball is drawn may result in the win not being acknowledged and the participant will not be verified as a winner.
21. Only the Super9 call on the last number called will be valid and no late calls will be considered.
22. Any changes to the numbers prior to the game starting must be signed off by the Promotion Director.
23. Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
24. If any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
27. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

FINAL DAY – 31 December 2025
32. 100% of buy-in value on the day will be added to the Progressive.
33. The first person/s to have all 9 of their numbers called and shout “SUPER9” within the first 18 numbers selected, will be declared the winner/s of the full progressive value and value of buy-ins on the day

35. Thereafter the promotions team will continue to draw balls until a winner is found.
36. If more than one participant wins a Super9 simultaneously, the prize money will be shared equally amongst the winners.
37. Draws will be done from Casino stage Winners Called using PA System of the Casino.
38. All participants must be present for the draw on the respective dates and times to be eligible for the prize(s) unless they have nominated an authorised representative/proxy to stand for them during the draw.
39. The “proxy forms” will be available for two hours prior to the advertised session time, until 15 minutes before the start of a session at the Customer Service Desk after no winner is announced, where a participant can nominate a proxy to be them to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced.
40. The participant will have to give a copy of his/her positive and acceptable identification and the nominees’ positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID/ RSA driver’s licence or passport). A redraw will occur should a participant/s or authorised representative not present themselves within 90 seconds.
41. Nominees can only stand for one participant during the draw. Multiple representations will lead to disqualification. Only the first participant represented will be considered.
42. Prize winners or authorised representatives who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards Programme Card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, RSA driver’s licence or passport) belonging to the representative.
43. Should the winner not have positive identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Game smart System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Game smart System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the finalist to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
44. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes available to the winner they stand in for.
45. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees) within 15 days from the date of the draw at Emnotweni.
46. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be exchanged.
47. The jackpot prize advertised is the actual prize to be won.
48. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
49. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
50. In case of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used to conduct the draw, at the sole discretion of Management
51. Every participant in this promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
52. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
