Promotional Rules
1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited using their The Ridge Rewards card.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is open to Black, Platinum and Gold Rewards cardholders only.
5. Participants do not have to be present for the draw. If a participant is present, they will have an opportunity to spin the wheel. However if participant is not present, a Casino representative will spin the wheel on their behalf.
6. Participants earn points for tickets by playing Slot machines or Tables games whilst using their Emnotweni Rewards card.
7. Rewards cardholders must earn 50 points per ticket.
8. 1x entry for every 50 points can be earned in the week prior to the advertised activation dates (Sun to Sat).
9. Participants can only win once per draw. Should the Patron / Guest be drawn again, a redraw will occur
10. Once tickets have been activated, winners do not need to be present if their tickets are drawn. Winners will be contacted telephonically, and will have 15 days to spin the wheel and collect their prize.
11. Entries/Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
12. Electronic draw will take place at promotional stage at 18h00 on Tuesday.
13. Points earning will commence on 10 November at 08h00 until 30 March 2021 at 07h59
14. Prize winners will be selected by way of an Electronic draw
15. Tuesday Dates:
· 10, 17 and 24 November 2020
· 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 December 2020
· 5, 12, 19 and 26 January 2021
· 2, 9, 16 and 23 February 2021
· 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 March 2021
16. Promotional times will be advertised through various advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
17. Three (3) winners will be selected per draw and each of the three winners will get the opportunity to spin the wheel if they are present and walk away with the prize the arrow points to!
18. 3x winners drawn at 18h00 will have a chance to spin the money-wheel for a chance to win the below prizes;
· 3 x slots for R250 cash
· 5 x slots for R500 cash
· 2 x slots for R2000 cash
· 2 x Jackpot!
19. Prizes up to R9,000 per day could be won PLUS progressive starting at R5,000 cash (if not won, will increase by R500 per week).
20. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
21. The prize winner must claim the prize at Emnotweni Cash Desk within 15 days of the draw.
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
