PROMOTIONAL RULES: General

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Black, Platinum & Gold Rewards cardholders who are 50 years and older.
5. Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
6. If any rules are found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effects.
7. By entering this competition entrants accept and agree to abide by the rules, terms, and conditions that apply.
8. Prizes are not transferable. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
9. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
10. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
11. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
12. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
13. Draws for this promotional competition will take place every Wednesday: RAP 11h00-13h00, Cash Draw 14h00

Prime Timers Draw

15. Emnotweni cardholders aged 50 and older will receive on free draw ticket at eHosts.
16. Draw tickets must be printed at eHosts and entered into the entry bin provided at the eHosts between 9am and 2pm to be legible for a prize.
17. Three winners will be randomly drawn by means of a manual draw from entered tickets at 2pm at the casino draw stage.
18. Winners will be randomly drawn in the presence of an independent auditor and announce via the casino PA system.
19. Participants will have 90 seconds to present themselves at the draw stage if their ticket is drawn, and must present positive identification.

21. Persons who cannot be present for the draw can complete the required Proxy nominations form
22. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day. (Proxy nominated).
23. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
24. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Emnotweni Rewards card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification. Emnotweni gaming system (GMS) may be used as a way to assist in identifying a person.
25. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
26. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
27. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
28. Should the prize winner not present themselves, and there is no record of the prize winner nominating a representative to act on their behalf, prizes may be forfeited and redraw may be held
29. The verification process will be conducted by Security at the drawing stage and Surveillance will oversee the draw process. The promotions team may use the GMS loyalty system to assist with the verification process.
30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
