Manual draw with tickets. Promotional Competition Rules for promotional competitions where Finalist(s) interaction is required before Prize Winner(s) is determined

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Emnotweni Tsogo Rewards members only.
5. Wager R50 on playTSOGO between 15 September 2025 to 25 September 2025 for draw ticket
6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
7. Emnotweni reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
9. Participants must wager a minimum of R50 on any form of wagering activity online including Slots, Tables and Sports on playTSOGO to qualify for the draw – tickets will be capped at twenty (20).
10. Participants earn tickets and to be eligible for selection during the draw as per the set criteria below:

11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) only at the eHost machines 2 hours prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are open.

13. Participants can enter up to a maximum of Twenty (20) tickets at the draw.
14. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
15. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
16. The draw will be held publicly at the Emnotweni Main Stage where ticket numbers will be announced.
17. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn and announced or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form..
18. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk (also known as Guest Services Desk) for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
19. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form which will be available 2 hours prior to the draw. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
20. Nominees may not represent more than one participant.
21. A total of six (6) prize winners will be manually selected at the draw using the Tombola.
22. Prize winners or nominees who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
23. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
24. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
25. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and/or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
26. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
27. Participants may only win once per draw. A redraw will be done if participants are selected more than once.
28. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Emnotweni Cash Desk.
29. Prizes must be collected and signed for by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Emnotweni Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
30. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
31. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
32. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
33. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
34. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
35. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

Bonus Play

Terms and Conditions

1. The Sesikhatsi Emnotweni Bonus play will only be available on Thu and Fri for NEW sign-ups using the dedicated link (or QR code) during the promotional period being 15 Sept to 27 Sept 2025.
2. The maximum bonus claimable is R100 bonus only
3. The Bonus can be claimed once per player, per day during the promotional period.
4. The Bonus must be wagered ten-times (10x) on ALL Slots Contingencies at playTSOGO ONLY.
5. Total Bonuses are valid for 2 days from the date of issue and must be wagered within the promotional period after accepting.
6. Bets placed on Casino Bet Games and Live Games are first wagered from your cash balance, and thereafter your bonus balance. Once your cash balance is R0.00, then only bonus funds will be used.
7. Real funds will count towards wagering requirements first.
8. Maximum winnings on the R100 New sign up bonus will be capped at R20,000
9. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering has been met on any pending bonuses, the bonus amount plus any linked winnings will be voided from your account.
10. Up to 100% of Slot wagers will count towards wagering requirement fulfilment.
11. Wagering contribution will vary on different game types played: Refer to table below for wagering contribution for each category.

12.The initial bonus is non-redeemable, any and all winnings will be placed into your cash balance, and the bonus amount will be removed upon wagering completion.

13.The following type of bets shall not count towards the wagering requirement: void/cancelled/bets cashed out bets or bets placed with a bonus bet.

14.Choosing to withdraw any Real Balance funds while on an active Bonus will automatically forfeit the entire bonus balance and pending winning balance.
