General Promotional Rules

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Black Rewards cardholders
5. Emnotweni Black Rewards cardholders need to earn a minimum of 1000 points per stipulated weekly period to receive the first entry. Up to 4 tickets per weekly period can be earned.

7. The progressive jackpot will continue incrementing by R10 000 FreePlay after each 9 at a Time number display activation if there’s no winner.
8. Numbers will be drawn from the Tombola and recorded with the presence of Security and Surveillance.
9. The winning numbers will be displayed inside the casino for winner/s to check, during the period of ‘matching the numbers on the voucher’
10. If there’s more than 1 winner, the prize will be split equally amongst the winners.
11. If there’s no Jackpot winner/s that matched the 9 numbers by close of business on 28 October 2021, there will be a draw on 30 of October 2021 at 08h30 before the casino opens.
12. Guests that participated from 17 September – 28 October 2021 will automatically qualify for the draw & be issued with 1 entry ticket and will be informed of this on 29 October.
13. Once the guest has been contacted/informed of their prize, they will be given 15 days to claim their prize
14. Winners will be contacted telephonically and via SMS
15. If an entrant fails to bring forth their voucher within the given period of the displayed numbers the guest will forfeit the prize.
16. Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
17. If any rules are found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effects.
18. By entering this competition entrants accept and agree to abide by the rules, terms, and conditions that apply.
19. Prizes are not transferable. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force

25. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines.

Promotional Rules: 9 AT A TIME BONUS DRAW

2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Black Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. Participants can collect their entry ticket at the eHost whilst using their Emnotweni Rewards card during the promotional period from 5 October, 15h00 – 7 October 2021, 23h00.
4. Draw entry tickets cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
5. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
6. Participants enter the draw by activating their draw ticket at the eHost from 15h00, 5 October – 23h00, 7 October 2021.
7. 9 winners will be randomly drawn from entered tickets by means of an Electronic Draw at Emnotweni Casino Draw Stage on 8 October at 08h30 (prior to casino opening) with independent auditor present to oversee draw process.
8. 9x winners will be drawn from the first prize to the fourth prize from a share of R29,000 in Cash and FreePlay:

9. Participants are not required to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted telephonically or via SMS.
10. Prize winners will be given 15 days to collect their prize from the date of the draw and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or REWARDS card belonging to the winner and; positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID/ RSA drivers licence/ Passport) upon collection. Participant may be verified using the Casino Gaming Management System provided the updated all the identification documents are up to date.
11. Participants can only be selected/win once for the draw.
12. A redraw will be conducted should the participant be drawn more than once for the same draw.
13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes upon collection.
