General

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional competition is exclusive to all Rewards Programme cardholders (“Participants”) subject to their respective active membership(s) at Emnotweni Casino.
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

5. Random Slots Draws using the RAP Draw Tool, for this promotional competition will take place on these dates from the Emnotweni Casino draw stage:
6. 10, 17, 24 November 2022; 1, 8, 15 December 2022 from 16h00 to 18h00.
7. Random Tables Draws using the RAP Draw Tool, for this promotional competition will take place on these date at the designated promotional Tables:
8. 10, 17, 24 November 2022; 1, 8, 15 December 2022 from 19h00 to 22h00.
9. Emnotweni Rewards cardholders need to actively play Slots games between 16h00 and 18h00 or Table games between 19h00 to 22h00, and earn a minimum of 20 points to qualify.
10. Draw times, dates and will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
11. Participants need to be present at the winning slot machine or at the winning Tables seat to be verified as winner.
12. Should the participant not be present at the winning slot machine or the winning Tables seat, the prize will be forfeited. A re-draw will not be held in this instance.
13. Verification process will be conducted by a Marketing Host and Security Officer. The promotions team may use the GMS loyalty system, card information available on the Slot Machine, or a valid Identification Document to assist with verification process.
14. Slots Prizes:
    1. Eight winners will be drawn between 16h00 and 18h00
    2. Each winner will choose a draw 5 boxes from a bag
    3. The Marketing Host will draw 8 boxes from a bag
    4. For every match of a box’s content, a Gold cardholder will get R200 Cash; Platinum and Black cardholders will get R500 cash per positive match.
    5. Should a Gold cardholder not get any matches, the Gold cardholder will get R200 FreePlay.
    6. Should a Platinum or Black cardholder not get any matches, the Platinum or Gold Cardholder will get R500 FreePlay.
15. Participants can be drawn more than once per day.
16. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
18. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
19. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to the MER for investigation and final decision.
20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
