Crack the Code

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. Earn 5000 points when playing in the Prive during the promotion period to get 2 tickets (earning period starts 2 May). Earning closes at 08h59 the day before the advertised promotion date.  No additional tickets = only 2 tickets per week once criteria have been met.
5. ‘Hidden’ inside the safe is a jackpot which starts at a R20 000 cash and a progressive R5000 FreePlay. The progressive will ‘step up’ by R250 FreePlay every time someone tries their luck.    When the jackpot is won, it will reset to R10,000 cash and the progressive amount will reset at R5000 FreePlay.
6. Only points earned at Emnotweni Privé will be used to determine qualifiers.
7. Each ticket gives you a chance at cracking the code on advertised Fridays between 11h00 and 23h00

8. A manual draw will take place at Emnotweni Casino Privé; where winning tickets will be verified.
9. Anyone who has participated in the promotion will be awarded ONE entry ticket to the BONUS draw for every ticket claimed over the promotion period.
10. Entry tickets must be printed and entered into the Tombola at the Prive from 08h00 to 19h00 on 30 May 2022.
11. Prize money: R20 000 Cash PLUS any FreePlay still available from progressive amount over promotion period; as well as 3 x consolation prizes of R5000 cash each.
12. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
13. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
14. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
18. The prize winner must claim the prize at Emnotweni Cash Desk within 15 days of the draw.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

25. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazette guidelines.
