Feel The Passion

1.       No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2.       Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3.       This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4.       This promotion, FEEL THE PASSION, is exclusive to Gold and Platinum Rewards members and will run from 14 January until 26 February 2022

5.       Once tickets have been activated, participants do not have to be present to qualify as winners. Winners who are not present at the draws will be contacted telephonically and have 15 days to claim their prize at Emnotweni Casino).

6.       The draw mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication. This is not compulsory for patrons to be at the live draw.

7.       Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Emnotweni Casino Rewards card.

9.       Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotion earning period.

10.    5 Winners will be selected by the electronic draw selector at the live draws. If further restrictions take place over the period, back of house non-attendance draws may take place.

11.    The first draw ticket selected by the electronic draw selector at the live draw dates will receive the lowest prize and the 4th selected winner the highest prize available.  A 5th ticket will be drawn on each draw date who will win a box of MCC.

12.    It’s the Rewards member’s responsibility to ensure that Emnotweni Casino has correct contact details on the Gamesmart system and winners may be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification when they collect their winnings.

13.    Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw date. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once on any of the draw dates.

14.    In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

15.    Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Emnotweni Casino.

16.    Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.

17.    All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

18.    Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

19.    Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

20.    The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22.    In the case that Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, the promotion may be halted.  Entry criteria may be adjusted should it not be possible to achieve in the case of further restriction on operating hours.
