The Roulette tournament rules and mechanics
1) Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2) This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3) Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
4) Open to Tsogo Rewards members who meets the earning criteria at Emnotweni only.

8) No Rewards points will be earned while playing the tournament.
9) Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 17h00, no entries allowed after 19h00.
10) Qualifying criteria based on points earned:
a. Earned entries needs to be met over a 7-day rolling period prior to each tournament date.
i. 500 to 999 points: 1 x free entry + opportunity to purchase an additional 3 entries can be bought
ii. 1000 to 1999 points: 5 additional entries can be bought
iii. 2000 points+: 7 additional entries can be bought
11) To enter guests will need to print their entry voucher from the ehost and register at the designated tournament table to take part in the tournament. Participants will be allocated a seat in the next available heat.
12) Buy-in: Collect voucher with number of entries that can be purchased at ehost. Cash Buy-ins can be made at the Cash Desk at R50 per entry. Number of entries as per rule 7.
13) All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game.
14) All participants will start each round with 5 stacks in non-value chips.
15) A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 players per table will be allowed. If not enough players for a heat, participants will have to wait for players (management discretion may apply)
16) All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game. 5 spins will constitute a HEAT.
17) Players must play every spin. Missing a spin or hiding chips will result in a player being disqualified for that round.
18) There will be a maximum of R200 on any one number and R2,000 on columns and dozens.
19) No partnership betting is allowed.
20) No neighbour bets and no even chance bets (Red, black, high, low, odd or even) will be accepted during the tournament.
21) Column and dozen bets are accepted.
22) Minimum of 2 players per HEAT per tournament day.
23) A Leader board will be displayed reflecting the top 15 player scores.
24) All scores will be recorded as a Rand based value as tournament winnings.
25) The top score per heat will win an instant R200 in Non-Negotiable +Play.
26) The top 3 scores at the end of each tournament day will share the R10,000 prize pool. The prizes will be split as follows: 1st place – R8,000, 2nd place – R1500 and 3rd place –R500 . The winner per day will also receive all monies from cash buy-ins on the day of the tournament.
27) In the event of a tie, customers who achieved the same score, will split the allocated prize money
28) Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of the tournament director for resolution.
29) If the winner is not present after each session of the tournaments, they will be contacted & they will be given 15 days to collect their prize from the day they’ve been contacted.
30) Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
31) If any rules are found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effects.
32) By entering this tournament entrants accept and agree to abide by the rules, terms, and conditions that apply. Every participant in the tournament shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
33) Prizes are not transferable. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
34) All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
35) In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the tournament, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
36) The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
