Mechanics

Participants need to update their details and opt-In for communications in order to be entered into the draws.

Generator Draw

A draw will take place for entry to new –and existing guests that update their details (including photos where required, ID scans, signature scans, Physical Address, Postal Address, Contact Numbers, email address, PIP/PEP status and Occupation).

A Generator draw ticket will be loaded and automatically activated for New & Existing Cardholders who updated their details.

Guests who update details will be entered into a draw for a Generator held at Emnotweni Casino on Thursday, 30 September 2021 at 08h30.

Draw will be held behind closed doors (alleviate crowding by guests in accordance to the Covid-19 Protocol), under supervision from an independent auditor, by virtue of an electronic draw.

Gas Stove Draw

A second draw will take place for guests who OPT IN for communications (specifically SMS communications).

Guests who OPT IN for SMS communications will be entered into a draw for a Gas/Electric Stove.

A Gas/Electric Stove draw ticket will be loaded and automatically activated for New & Existing Cardholders who confirmed SMS Opt In Status or Opted Into SMS Communications.

Draw will be held behind closed doors (alleviate crowding by guests in accordance to the Covid-19 Protocol), under supervision from an independent auditor, by virtue of an electronic draw.

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 13 August 2021 until 26 September  2021. The draw dates will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion.
  5. Draw dates, times and prizes will be communicated via SMS/text message. Participants who wish to be notified must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  6. Rewards members will receive one (1) automatic draw entry when they update their details, which will be automatically entered for the GAS HEATER DRAW.
  7. Rewards members will receive one (1) automatic draw entry when they OPT IN FOR SMS COMMUNICATIONS from Emnotweni, which will be automatically for the GENERATOR DRAW.
  8. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
  9. Participants do not need to be present for the draw/s, winners will be notified via SMS.
  10. Draw will be held behind closed doors (alleviate crowding by guests in accordance to the Covid 19 Protocol), under supervision from an independent auditor, using the Teeds Draw Tool (Electronic Draw).
  11. The GAS HEATER DRAW and GENERATOR DRAW will be held on Friday, 3 September at 08h30 at the Emnotweni Casino, before the casino opens at 09h00.
  12. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw day. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once
  13. Tickets will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw tool used by a marketing representative, with and independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
  14. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket receiving the highest prize available.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  16. Winners will be contacted via SMS if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Patron Management System
  17. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Emnotweni Casino
  18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
